Salhamosaic Arts is a privately held company established in 1990
and is the leading company in the world in creating micro mosaics
especially figures and scene themes.
Our Workshop currently retains 40 talented artists that can produce
unique artistic pieces and reproduce any subject from ancient
mythology to modern themes.
All our work is fully
handmade and we only use 100% natural marbles. Our workshop contains
only basic machines as the full process of making mosaics is
entirely handmade as was produced by the ancient Romans.
Our workshop can create any theme we have a sketch or photo of and
we have reproduced the most complex mosaic scenes made by the Romans
and that are still found in Tunisia and other places.
All marbles are hand cut to small sizes ranging from 0.25 cm to 1
cm.
The marble thickness of our work is a standard 3/8” and displayed on
mesh for easy installation.
